Refund Policy
At MobileSkins.store, we’re committed to your satisfaction! If you're not totally happy with your
mobile skin order, please review our refund and return policy below for a smooth and worry-free
experience.
1. Returns
- We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date from MobileSkins.store.
- The skin must be unused, unpeeled, and in its original packaging with all protective sheets and
backing papers intact.
- Customized or personalized mobile skins (including designs you created or selected) are not
eligible for return unless received damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
- Products that are used, show signs of application, or are not in a resalable condition are not
eligible for return.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of
your refund.
- Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10
business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless you received an incorrect or defective skin from
MobileSkins.store.
3. Exchanges
- We only exchange items if they are defective, damaged on arrival, or if you received an
incorrect model/skin from us.
- For exchange requests, please email us at support@mobileskins.store.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized mobile skins (unless defective or damaged on arrival)
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
5. How to Start a Return
- Contact us at support@mobileskins.store with your order number, reason
for return, and clear photos of the product (if defective, damaged, or wrong item).
- If your return is approved, we’ll email you our return instructions and address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or
defective.
