Exchange Policy
At MobileSkins.store, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a mobile skin that
doesn't meet your expectations or arrives damaged, we're committed to resolving the issue quickly
and smoothly!
1. Conditions for Exchange
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- The mobile skin must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Customized or personalized skins are only eligible for exchange if there is a manufacturing
defect, printing error, or they arrive damaged.
2. How to Request an Exchange
- Email us at support@mobileskins.store with your order number, details
of the item, and the reason for exchange.
- Please mention if you are requesting an exchange due to damage, an incorrect skin/model/design
received, or any other specific reason.
- After review, our team will guide you through the next steps if your skin is eligible for
exchange.
3. Exchange Shipping & Process
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong skin, MobileSkins.store will arrange or reimburse
return shipping for the exchange.
- For exchanges due to personal preference (such as color, model, or design change), the customer
will be responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned mobile skin, your replacement will be shipped within
3-5 business days, subject to stock availability.
- If the requested exchange skin is out of stock, we will offer you an alternative design or
provide you with a store credit.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your mobile skin arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact our support team
at support@mobileskins.store
within 48 hours of delivery. We'll resolve your concern promptly at no extra cost.
5. Other Important Notes
- We reserve the right to decline exchanges for skins that show signs of use, improper
installation, removal, or customer-inflicted damage.
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- We are currently unable to process direct exchanges for international orders. For these, please
reach out to our support team for further assistance.
